John Crawford Marine has just landed this workshop serviced and refurbished TABS 535 Territory SC.

If you are in the market for a tough, high-volume plate sided boat, this one is well worth your consideration. Whether you’re exploring the creeks up north in croc country, heading offshore on the right day, or simply wanting a large, uncluttered fishing platform, this TABS delivers in spades.

Powered by a Yamaha 115Hp Saltwater Series 2-stroke (2005) showing 186 hours, and trailered on a Dunbier 5.3CMB single axle braked trailer (03/2005). The motor and trailer have both been freshly workshop serviced prior to listing for sale.

We aren’t quite sure how TABS measure their hulls, but one thing is certain — this boat has serious presence. We’ve deliberately positioned it away from many 520–575 competitor models on display as it quite literally dwarfs them. The photos don’t fully do it justice, with its huge beam, deep internal freeboard and overall scale making comparable boats look noticeably smaller.

Volume is the key theme here - volume in beam, internal freeboard, deck space and fishability. There is ample room both forward and aft of the console, allowing up to four anglers to fish comfortably without feeling crowded.

Built locally here in SE QLD, TABS boats continue to earn a reputation for producing robust, no-nonsense plate boats designed with the angler in mind.

Power comes from the ever-reliable Yamaha 115Hp Saltwater Series 2-stroke - a favourite among those who still appreciate the simplicity and performance of a quality 2-stroke. This engine has been freshly serviced in our workshop and is sold backed with a BIA limited warranty for added buyer confidence.

At the helm, the boat is well equipped with Yamaha engine gauges and for added safety and communication, JCM has fitted a brand new ICOM IC-M200 VHF radio.

Overhead, a large 4-bow tropical canopy provides excellent protection from the elements and can be easily lowered when required for fishing or storage.
