On the Water

The big forward casting platform is a great place to set up the pots, throw the cast net, flick the lures under the mangrove roots and has plenty of storage under as pictured.  Hanging off the bow is the Minn Kota Riptide I-Pilot electric motor and also come with a foot control and a hand control for ease of use.

For the angler the stern also has a carpeted platform that you could stand on and we like the starboard aft corner has become a large storage hold and on the other side a plumbed live bait tank is installed and a defrost pocket. The side console is comfortable to sit at with a wind deflector screen offering some comfort. A glove box is conveniently fitted for the car keys and atop of the dash a Lowrance Elite 7HDI 7” colour screen sounder/GPS is installed along with a compliment of Evinrude engine gauges.

The Motor

The rig is powered by an Evinrude ETEC Direct Injected outboard that powers this boat like a rocket, with excellent hole shot and no “4 stroke” lag. The prop has been upgraded to a stainless steel viper and naturally the outboard is key start with power trim and tilt functions. All our outboards sold through JCM they undergo mechanical and computer testing, our reports indicate an excellent motor and 444 hours recorded with an even spread of hours through the rev range and further back the motor with a 3 month warranty for buyers confidence.
