JCM has secured a classic and manageable family boating package from local manufacturer Cruise Craft Boats. This 4.75 meter cuddy cabin is a designed for a family up to 4 to discover the joys of boating or a couple of anglers wanting to escape and go fishing in our wonderful Moreton Bay waterways.

First Impressions

The cuddy cabin design will provide a comfy sheltered space for the kids to settle in after a big day of fun or to escape from a weather change.  Plenty of storage is available in the side pockets running along the cockpit area as well as below the cuddy bunks and within the pockets of the cabin itself.

Seating is comfortable with the 2 pedestal seats offering good back support while at the rear the 2 corner seats are molded into the transom and also offer good support. The helm is comfortable with everything the skipper needs within arm's reach including engine instrumentation and for the angler, you will enjoy using the Raymarine Dragonfly 5 colour sounder unit. This unit is also GPS and comes with as a bonus the mapping card.

For communication, a GME G-Com 27 meg radio is fitted and for that enjoy the tunes whilst afloat a stereo is fitted.  Overhead ample shelter is available with the large bimini which is fitted with front and side clear curtains for the cooler season’s boating. Recently a matching storm cover was fitted at a cost of $800 to seal the cockpit for all weather protection and storage purposes as pictured.

The Motor

The hull is perfectly powered by a Yamaha 90Hp 2 stroke that effortlessly pushes the package reliably and economically. With a low 143 hours recorded, sound pre-sale mechanical inspections and backed by a 3-month warranty for buyers further confidence – why risk buying something from a private sale?  And another bonus is that a dual battery system is fitted for those that enjoy and overnighter and want that re-assurance that the start battery is fresh for the next morning.

On the Trailer

Trailering is made easy as the rig is trailered on a quality brand Redco Sportsman RE150-MO single axle, multi roller trailer that marries to the hull like a glove.  Trailers like this with the rollers really make launching and retrieving a simple affair.
