First Impressions

This rig was purchased in 2015 and powered with a direct injected Evinrude ETEC 30Hp 2 stroke. These remarkable outboards have all the power on tap like 2 strokes of old, yet with their computer driven injector system have the frugal fuel consumption and offer economy not much that different from heavier four strokes. The ETEC has recorded a low      and has been both pre-tested mechanically and computer bench tested to verify the hours and condition – giving you the JCM confidence and knowing its further backed with warranty.

The 30Hp will push two adults aboard with the days gear out to your favorite fishing haunt and skippering will be a pleasure behind the side console. The layout of such has the engine gauges and control box well positioned and atop of the dash a Lowrance Elite combo sounder/GPS is fitted. This unit has a larger 7 inch colour screen and also includes the mapping card as a buyer bonus!

For the Angler

The Renegade is a fisherman's boat with a forward casting platform ideal for either flicking lures from or throwing the cast net and underneath plenty of storage is offered for the safety gear etc. to assist with keeping the decks clear, 4 rod holders and we like how the two pedestal seats have multi locations to be fitted to allowing the skipper to better balance the boat.

On the Water

Overhead a sensational bimini is fitted and check out the options available for setting it up and storing! Front half up or down, back half down or up, all up or all down says Dr Seuss lol.. A quality full boat storage cover has also been fabricated as pictured and fits the hull like a glove that will assist keeping the dust off it and the neighbours’ cat out of it.  A compliment of safety gear is included as outlined in detail below along with an EPIRB, navigation lights and a bilge pump.
