As the photos show, at the time of order, the Horsepower was increased, rather than a 75Hp, max power of 90Hp was ordered to enable a day of speed in turn with a ski pole fitted (not supplied), the family could enjoy water sports towing skiers, tubes and or toboggans… and push a larger family across the bay with a more economical turn of speed.

The ETEC 90 has recorded a computer ECU verified 18 hours use.. With a quick look into Google, you will read and watch plenty of video content on this 481 Fishabout model, so I wont rehash what is already written and video tested comprehensively elsewhere.. other than to say…. #opportunity

The size difference from the smaller 430 and 450 Quinny models is very noticeable with 481, its volume, internal freeboard, cockpit beam just feels so much bigger and that you are “in” the boat rather then feeling you “on” the boat… something nervous ones in the family will appreciate.

Comfortable seating is provided and we like the two pedestal seats, offering support and the rear lounge is simple by design but functional, it also simply lowers out of the way if access to the transom is required, or it can be removed altogether.

The helm is well set up with engine instrumentation, a Lowrance Hook 5 Fishfinder and overhead a quality 3 bow bimini offers shade from the midday sun.
